I've spent 25 years working with frontline teams. The most valuable insights I've picked up have come from conversations with peers sharing their experience. That's why I believe in creating opportunities for practitioners to learn from one another through informal conversations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Frontline Share Groups are currently limited to practitioners who directly support frontline teams within their organizations. Service providers, consultants, and technology vendors are welcome to express interest, but participation is reserved for practitioners at this time.
